So I received a Pre-Approved Estimate Refinance Rate of 4.94% for 48 Months on my current Car Loan via Credit Karma. My credit score is over 800 and I make more than 6 figures with good work and credit history. After they did a Hard Pull on my Credit (which then lowers your credit score), I was told that I didn't qualify and that the 4.94% for 48 months was simply "JUST" an Pre-Approval Estimate. A total waste of time and an unnessary negative hit towards my Credit Score.

Creep Time

Terrible company to do business with. After beign "pre-approved" I received a "application canceled" email with a request for a down payment. Why would i want to do that? At the end, after following all the steps and having my credit stepped on by multiple random companies, I'm not enjoying what was promised regales of having good Credit and beign a great candidate. Stay away if you like your credit.

This place is a scam, they love bait and switching through Credit Karma. I was offered a lower rate (my current is 7.95%) over 48 months. After doing a hard pull on my credit and amassing some of my personal information I was offered a 7.99% loan over 72 months? To pay this loan off at the same rate of my current I would have INCREASED my monthly payment. Do not use this service.

I've been dealing with this company for 3 weeks so far. They transferred my loan specialist. I can't get a response from anyone. My loan person sent a text saying I don't know why you aren't getting any responses in a text. That was on Monday he said your welcome package will be there in a week. Then back to no answers a week later. I've had on time payments for 7.5 yrs that has been ruined because they couldn't get the paperwork done in time. I am not a very happy person with this transfer

Honestly the deal they gave me was not that good but whatever the issue is the person doing my paperwork tiffany is impatient and has such a nasty attitude closed my case because I couldn't answer the phone while at work she doesn't need to be working in this line of work. Barley even answers the questions I have. I wish I was assigned to someone else for help.

Mailer from Autopay promised me a 5.1% refinance rate, down from 6.49%. Went through entire application process, hard credit pull, everything looked good. Received a call from a rep who told me I had excellent credit, but 5.1% wasn't available in my area. Best he could do was 6.25% on a shorter-term loan that would dramatically increased my monthly payments.

I received the approval letter from ap autopay to refinance my current loan after a week I called them why they cancel my loan they said we don't have any idea you provided everything we need. But we don't see any reason so I will say if your credit score is lower than 700 don't try this company and lose some points they are looking for a fat fish.

If I could give a zero score, I would. I applied with my child as a cosigner. I have excellent credit (770) and was denied. They did a 5 hard checks on my credit. My child is a grad student with limited credit. (They did hard checks on my childs account as well.) They have no ability to tell me why I was denied. The only person that I could talk to could only tell me we would be getting a letter in the mail.

The low rate they provide is not worth the hassle and incompetence of their customer service department. They double charged me for a month, returned that, then sent me a letter indicating i was late on two months worth of payments and charged me a late fee of 30 dollars, all while my bank showed the withdrawls. Trying to get a straight answer out of them is impossible. Their people could careless. I would give negative stars if possible. Run away, do not use this company.

Hello my name is Bob and they lie to me. They asked me for my social and run my credit . They said online starting 2.99 interest rate no way my credit score is 824 and they offer me 8.69 . That's not fair 😞. I would not recommend this company to anyone because they run your credit and hurt your credit with lies . This 2.99 interest rate is a trap guys please don't let them to destroy your credit and personal information with lies. Lies. Lies lies

Beware!!!! This company will send you text and emails that you are approved and that a loan agent is working on putting “your contract” together. After telling my wife and I that we were approved, these clowns call to tell us that they need a down payment of $3000. The best part is they said that with a a straight face and no inflection in their voice. They were serious lol. Everyone should avoid this fly by night operation unless you need a good laugh.

First of all Ashley was a great customer service representative, she was thoughtful, kind and knowledgeable. Now, with that said, as of today 08/19/23, this company does not finance in EVERY state. Yet, it doesn’t say that any where on their website. So, you give personal information in order to get a quote, just to be sent a text to call the number provided, then to be told they do not finance in EVERY state at present. Misleading, definitely and all it takes is a little maintenance of their website to update. Hopefully, they will get their computer gurus on this soon.

Go with ANY other loan servicer than them; they only want to accept people who are OVER-qualified so they can saddle them in unreasonably high APRs. Avoid this company!! I have a credit scope over 800. My Credit Karma profile suggested them for auto refinance with rates at 3.5% based on my profile. I went through their process after reaching out to them, and only AFTER they had pulled my credit and approved me for a loan...they told me the rates were actually over 6%. They lie, and utilize false advertising as click bate. They misrepresent how they approach things. Now I'm left with a damaged credit score and no refinance. They should be ashamed. I am not an uninformed or inexperienced purchaser.

Terrible to deal with. I refinanced my car almost 2 years ago, have sent title documents twice already and they still can’t get it right. I have now spent over $100 in notary fees and just sent the third set of paperwork. I have zero confidence it will be done correctly this time. I’m ready to refinance elsewhere just so I don’t have to deal with this incompetent company.

We started the refinance process on 1/7. The company merged and we fell through the cracks. We were approved two different times. We even made it as far as signing documents & having them notarized. We mailed everything back in February. This morning, 3/30, we received an email stating that Autopay couldn’t help us. This is bad business. This process was terrible. I would not refer anyone to use Autopay if they are trying to get a vehicle refinanced in timely fashion. Thank you for wasting our time and pulling credit, not once but twice!

This should be a Zero star review, at best. And, of course, they do not extend "specific invitations" for one-star or any other negative reviews, so please do not be misled by their overall review rating.

I got a letter saying i was preapproved and would save $88 on my current loan. I called and asked questions. I was never told that they would have to find me a lender. I was never told I wasn't preapproved. 24 hours later they still don't have anyone who can finance me and they want me to give them more information. Very shady business Practice to send me a letter telling me I am preapproved and not to tell me otherwise when I called them and later emailed them with my questions and concerns. I am guessing many of the reviews on this site are just as fake as their preapproval letters.

Be ware they hide huge fees by rolling it into monthly payment. In Jan 2022, They approved $24,515 auto loan at rate of 4.14% for 36 months for monthly payment of $835...that over $30,000 in monthly payment of which $4000 was hidden fees! They agent played nice until I questioned the monthly fee and stopped responding to emails or calls and closed my file with a standard Auto Pay letter that says thanks for the opportunity!

Be very careful to read the final monthly payment amount! The marketing letter they sent me clearly said "Your New Payment = $391" and the actual monthly payment was $629. I have great credit and the new payment is saving me about $125 / mo but I was surprised they claim that my "Total Annual Savings of $4,378 to put away or spend on something you enjoy!" was so far off the actual (about $1,500 / yr). Plus, they missed my middle name on the original loan paperwork - so I had to completely redo it and notarize a 2nd application because the lender required it.
