I received a solicitation from autopay unexpectedly and thought at first that it was a scam. I did some research a s found they were a reputable company. My experience was great! I even referred a friend, who refinanced 2 cars. The disappointing part was that I was told there was a referral bonus or incentive foe referring a friend, and it's been over 6 months now and haven't heard a peep about the referral bonus.

Because I was told everything went through fine and they cut the check to pay off my loan. I didn't pay my car note and got a crazy late fee because later on I was told something went wrong and their check was returned
