For the most part, my experience has always been good. I've been with them for about 20 years. The only reason I gave them a four instead of five is because I had an accident a couple of years ago, the first claim I have ever submitted, and was a little surprised at their response. I hit a very large tire tread on the freeway. I was unable to avoid it. The damage was only to my car. It cost $1300 to repair it. If it had been my fault, they were going to raise my premium. I couldn't believe it. After 20 years and one claim and my insurance was going to go up.

They are very helpful when i call in with questions and were very helpful and speedly assisted with my car accident when my car had to be serviced.

Price is very competitive and the customer service has been outstanding. I've been with them for many years.
