In my opinion, they are liars and thiefs. They have no intention to pay what your vehicle is worth and will fight you every step of the way. I'm going on my 4th month after vehicle has been deemed a total loss and they still have not reached a total loss number and for the reason being that they could not afford this large of a loss at this time. They request for paper work that I no longer have saying it's New York state law to provide. I later discovered that their alleged statement was not the law. I informed them it is not the law and they asked me just to cooperate with them. They also refused to put anything in writing knowing they are breaking the law. They try to change your policy as you go through you claim also stating you aren't covered for many things when you are. When I pointed out they were lying in multiple situations the only answer I received is they "would need to talk to someone else and would get back to me". It would take days to get a retured phone call. This insurance company is a scam is is not worthy of doing business with. Do not expect anything but headaches and a fight if you ever have a claim. I have reached out to the national association of insurance commissioners to file a complaint as well as the news

I found the company insurance rate is expensive, and I do not get any promotion for value customer from the company.
