From viewing their policy terms to paying their bill in full, the online account makes policy management simple. I am seriously upset and disappointed with their customer service, billing and coverage. Nobody had the patience of explaining to me in a nice manner why I was being charged so much money for changing my address two miles away from where I was. they still took $300 off my bank after I canelled and now I am supposed to wait 15 days for them to even file my refund, on top of charging me twice in one month. This is ridiculous, I am NEVER using this insurance company again.

Have motorcycle insurance with them through Farmers insurance. Foremost changed my policy without notifying me claiming I had towing. They said I could tow my bike to a shop one day, and the next when I called to set up, they said I could not get it towed, and took 3 hours to schedule. By the time I could receive a tow, all shops were closed for the weekend. Overall terrible experience.
