Pacifica is a privately and family-owned company headquartered in California. It offers independent living, assisted living, respite care, memory care, adult day care, and more. Its services are available in 13 states: Arizona, California, Florida, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, and Washington. Care and services vary by location.
Pacifica does not limit its services to assisted living. The company works to provide a variety of care and services to its residents to ensure more comprehensive care. Offered services are listed below, but services vary by location:
On Pacifica’s website, you can select a specific location and receive detailed information regarding that facility. Pacifica lists the floor plan of each apartment type for that facility, the care types available, and the specific services and amenities offered. This helps potential residents see exactly what they will have access to at each facility. Many other companies in the industry do not provide this much information on their websites.
Although Pacifica provides information regarding its facilities and the offerings for each one, pricing information is not listed online. You will need to contact a Pacifica customer service representative to receive that information. However, this is common within the industry as costs vary by apartment type, care type, location, etc.
This company is into real estate and not into helping seniors! They have absolutely no concept whatsoever regarding the proper care or consideration the elderly deserve. It is an utter shame the a Place for Mom would even recommend Pacifica. Do your parents a huge favor and do not even look into this company. I had to pull my parent out of there due to their disregard and lousy management.
