The whole process was very easy and painless thanks to Jon. He was very thorough and informative on how everything worked. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I felt very confident in getting my system through SolarCity thanks to him. The installation also went without a hitch. Now my system is up and running and I couldn't be happier!

I would like to make a strong recommendation for Jonathan Wong and give him recognition for stepping up in my behalf and getting my solar panels installed. Judging how he handled my order I would say that he uses the same standard for all Solar City customers. My panels were up and running around December 2, 2014 and there have been no problems whatsoever and I'm already feeling the benefits promised when I first signed up. Jonathan was in constant contact with me until the job was completed and still remains responsive when I have a question for him. Jonathan also responds in a timely manner often the same day. He has been very pleasant to work with and I hope that Solar City is appreciative of him and recognizes his work ethic.

Jonathan was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and explained everything in a clear and concise manor using a video presentation during a phone call. Having a remote sales call was not an issue. He was very patient with our questions and knowledgeable with answers. When we were signing the contracts he went over everything line by line and answered questions as they arose. He was very prepared for our presentation and afterward he called us to follow up on our progress toward installation. Solar City installed our panels 1 week after we signed the contract, the city inspector was out 2 days later and signed off on the install, now we are waiting for PG&E. Overall Solar City's customer service has been excellent.

There comes a time when Solar is the way to go and what better place than in beautiful Hilo, Hawaii. Jonathan Wong is very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and made the application processing very painless. He was patient, compassionate, and understanding especially for folks in their early seventies that may be a little less computer literate. The installation crew was very professional, proficient and efficient, and attentive to neatness. They even tolerated my husbands millions of questions. Jonathan is also very accessible even to this day. We have had immediate responses and appreciate that very much of Jonathan. By the way, we have two homes that Jonathan has assisted with. I choosed solar city because it was highly recommended by my family in Los Angeles who were the benificiary of solar power going green installed by solar city under jonathan Wong . My family are now enjoying their low monthly bill i look forward to be on their shoe when my solar energy wiil be operational soon specially now that nevada energy power keep going up Thanks solar city !!!!! I would highly recommend working with Jonathan Wong from Solar City. He was very timely and responsive to our questions and concerns, and helped streamline the process as much as possibly. From start to finish, he made the process very easy and we are very happy with the outcome. We just had our system installed last week and could not be more pleased with our experience working with Jonathan. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in figuring out our system requirements and very patient in answering all of our questions. Jonathan was recommended to us by friends who also had only kind words to say about him, as well. The crew that worked on our installation were prompt and highly professional in all regards and did a great job. I was also really impressed with how safety conscious they all were and how friendly too. Jonathan and all of the people we've dealt with at SolarCity are first-class in all regards and we can't wait for the inspections to be completed so our system can start saving us money!

Jonathan is a true professional. He explained and walked me through the process on very detail and "Easy to Understand" term. He is NOT just a typical sales guy who takes care of you up until you sign the contract. He took care of me and my family from start to finish and made sure every concern we had was addressed on a timely manner. I highly encourage him to anyone who is thinking of going solar!
