I worked with Jonathan and Solar City on the pricing and installation of power for my Tesla Model S high speed charger. As a result of that interaction we've signed a contract with Solar City to also provide photo voltaic solar panels on our home. In working with Jonathan I found him to be well versed in the products, personable, accessable and very patient in dealing with all my questions and concerns. It was not unusal for Jonathan and I to be exchanging emails at 10:00PM and on weekends. I would think of new questions and send an email fully expecting responses the next business day or so, only for Jonathan to be addressing the issue within the hour. Once the "sale" was made Jonathan did not disappear but rather made sure I was well attended to with the installation of the high speed charger. I highly recommend Jonathan as a capable and professional individual.

I worked with Jonathan over several weeks to gather and analyze my utility data so that his evaluations were specific to our situation. He did an excellent job of zeroing in on key issues for us, making our decision to go solar easy. I was particularly concerned about the financial analysis, and having a utility and energy management background, had specific guidelines on what I needed to see to evaluate solar options. I have evaluated solar proposals for the company from which I recently retired, so I knew what I needed to see before pulling the trigger on solar. The financial plans were exactly what I needed. I would highly recommend going solar now, rather than later, and if you are concerned about up front costs, consider a PPA. It is a no-lose proposition.

Jonathan Wong set up a telephone/internet call with us. He went over all the information about how solar energy works, and specifically how it would work on our house. It was very interactive and fun! We got very excited about it and found out how much it would cost. We had to tweek the original numbers of panels due to the cost, but Jonathan worked with us on getting it so it was doable for us.There is a three month waiting period before they can begin installation because the company is backed up with orders. But that is good for us because we need to save up money for the project. We are so excited! Jonathan is professional and an expert in going solar! We highly recommend him!

Jonathan Wong did a very good job presenting how solar systems work, what the various options are that we could choose from and keeping in touch with us as we got quotes from 5 different solar companies. He was always respectful, not pushy as we took our time making a decision about which company and which option to pick. When we finally did decide to go with Solar City, he was very professional and got the information and paperwork to us quickly and efficiently. It was our pleasure to deal with him and feel that if he is the face of Solar City, then we look forward to having a good experience with them.

It was a pleasure working with Jonathan throughout my project. Jonathan did everything in his power to follow up with me when others may have been neglecting my project.
