Jonathan was 100% responsive and also very patient with me as I worked my way through the process of replacing the solar system on our roof. I had a lot of questions about all of the different types of leasing and financing and purchase options that are available and Jonathan took me through everything step by step.

Hello this is janie hillyer. We live in Berkeley. We have had Sunrun since 2018 and we are really glad that Sunrun put our panels in so quickly and efficiently. And they dealt with the city of Berkeley for the permit. Jonathan Wong has gone above and beyond. we are getting a second set of panels through SunRun and he has really been responsive on all the questions almost immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend SunRun to our friends and neighbors.

Jonathan helped me with the re roof and solar installation on my home, and to be honest we had a project that was fun to say the least, where most would have thrown in the towel Jonathan was there every step of the way and most importantly always willing to help find a solution. As someone who is also in “sales” it’s very hard to find another sales person w the same values and expectations as you hold yourself to and I most definitely found that in Jonathan. He will be my only contact for solar now and going forward
