Austin Monte did a phenomenal job from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain why I was still getting billed by Edison even though I already had a solar system on my property, and he made everything easy to understand without pressure. Adding a second system with back up batteries was the perfect solution, and it gave me complete peace of mind knowing I'm protected from Edison's abnormal rate increases and frequent power outages. Austin was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely looked out for my best interest. I highly recommend working with him. He will not ghost you after the initial sale signing, he is with you every step of the way and after installation to make sure your apps are set up properly.
