From start to finish, Austin went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and in my best interest. I had a settlement bill with edison that I was stressed about, and Austin stepped in and helped get it fully resolved by ensuring what I owed was covered on top of that, he thoughtfully redesigned my system by adding more solar panels and backup batteries to account for my increased nighttime usage from Edison. Now I feel completely secure knowing my home is protected from future power outages and rising utility costs. Austin was knowledgeable, transparent and genuinely cared about finding the right solution for my situation, not just making a sale. Austin Monte was my sale rep, and he made all the difference. He was knowledgeable, but not pushy. Easy to talk to and chatted about the industry, products, and everything in between. It was also reassuring that he did not disappear after making signing the contract. He stuck around through all phases, even after going live.
