Since I already had a Sunrun system in place, it was important to me that any upgrades were done thoughtfully and efficiently. My energy usage has increased over time, and Austin did an excellent job calculating the additional kWh production needed to support both my current usage and future plans. We've also been dealing with more power outages, and adding the two Tesla backup batteries has brought my family and me real peace of mind. We got referred by a friend and met with Austin to talk about our solar options. He was so quick to respond and set up a meeting with us to see what the best options were. Austin was phenomenal to work with, got us a great plan to not only put solar in but get batteries to store extra energy. Austin Monte did a phenomenal job from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain why I was still getting billed by Edison even though I already had a solar system on my property, and he made everything easy to understand without pressure. Adding a second system with back up batteries was the perfect solution, and it gave me complete peace of mind knowing I'm protected from Edison's abnormal rate increases and frequent power outages. Austin was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely looked out for my best interest. I highly recommend working with him. He will not ghost you after the initial sale signing, he is with you every step of the way and after installation to make sure your apps are set up properly.
