Austin is the guy! I currently already have an existing Sunrun system. Edison turned off my power for 3 days, so I needed back up batteries ASAP!! Told Austin exactly what I wanted, he got it done swiftly and successfully. He also threw in a couple more panels for extra kWh production. I have not had one power outage since acquiring these back up batteries. I am the only house in my neighborhood that has power during Edison’s outages. Thank you Austin, recommend him! Austin Monte was very professional and courteous. He remains helpful and kind a year after we signed our contract with Sunrun. That is unheard of about any sales rep.
