Austin is awesome!! I moved into this Fontana property 4 years ago. The house came with the solar panels. Already knew it wasn’t enough for my family’s energy needs. Edison’s increasing rates and frequent power outages in our neighborhood had to be put to a stop ASAP once I saw my recent settlement bill with Edison. Austin perfectly sized an additional system of 22 panels and 3 Tesla back up batteries to cover the energy I was still pulling from Edison and to make sure I don’t pull energy from them at night, I only pull from my batteries. Most importantly, have not had 1 power outage since acquiring these batteries. The peace of mind is well worth it! I highly recommend Austin! Thank you so much to Sunrun as well for the amazing communication throughout the process.

Austin Monte is hands down my favorite solar sales rep! From the very beginning, he made the entire process feel less like a business transaction and more like working with a longtime friend. Austin is with you every step of the way—his communication is fantastic, and he genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure your questions are answered and your requests are fulfilled. I really appreciate the time he took to educate me on why adding more panels and investing in backup batteries will be such a smart long-term decision.
