Austin Monte was very professional and courteous. He remains helpful and kind a year after we signed our contract with Sunrun. That is unheard of about any sales rep.

Working with Austin Monte a great experience from start to finish. He took the time to fully understand my home's energy needs and explain my options clearly and honestly. Since I already had a Sunrun system in place, it was important to me that any upgrades were done thoughtfully and efficiently. My energy usage has increased over time, and Austin did an excellent job calculating the additional kWh production needed to support both my current usage and future plans. We've also been dealing with more power outages, and adding the two Tesla backup batteries has brought my family and me real peace of mind. Knowing we have reliable backup power has been a game changer. Thank you, Austin, for making the process so smooth and truly looking out for our needs. I highly recommend him to anyone considering solar or battery storage!

We got referred by a friend and met with Austin to talk about our solar options. He was so quick to respond and set up a meeting with us to see what the best options were. Austin was phenomenal to work with, got us a great plan to not only put solar in but get batteries to store extra energy. He was thorough in helping us with the whole process, from planning, install, permits, and getting the app up and running. Definitely made the whole process smooth and easy.
