I recently had solar panels installed on my house on LBI. I decided to use Infinity Energy based on a recommendation from an architect's office I have previously used. Matt was my initial contact person at IE. Understanding the ins and outs of solar can be quite daunting. I am the type that wants to fully understand everything about the benefits and any downsides, what the process involves including what material is used to fasten the panels to the roof (I had 30 panels placed on the flat portion of our roof and was concerned about the potential for leaks in to our second floor bedrooms) and of course, what the cost will be. Suffice it to say I had a lot of questions. Matt patiently answered each and every one of my questions fully and without ever appearing annoyed. After deciding to move forward with IE, there was a lot of paperwork that needed my approval. Fortunately, IE handled all the paperwork seamlessly (Township inspection and approval, Atlantic City Electric coordination and more). IE provided a bond and COI to me. I spoke with multiple employees at IE over the course of this process (Amanda-helped to explain the Enphase app and Mike were very helpful). Solar businesses seem to have a stigma regarding reliability. IE has demonstrated exactly the opposite. I highly recommend everyone getting solar and certainly recommend using IE.

The crew was professional, organized, really knew what they were doing and cleaned up everything from the floor to the lawn when they were done.
They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
I am super with the service and the results.

From start to finish this company was very pleasant to work with. Dana from sales kept me informed on every step of the way and through a few video calls explained everything and answered every question I had. They did all the heavy lifting for me: getting approvals for everything, scouting appropriate loans for my project, setting up any and all inspections. On the day of install Angel and his crew showed up exactly when scheduled and worked quick and clean, the whole project took about 5 or so hours. I can't even think of how this process could have been easier.
Dana was an easy going honest salesman. He called me with an initial proposal that he was able to back up with figures and facts. He was with me just about every step of the way and replied to my emails or texts super quick if I had any question, super helpful!

I was very skeptical about solar power. Thought it was a scam for many years. Until I got tired of outrageous energy bills. I received a phone call and figured, now’s as good a time as any to get the details. I worked with Brent and we had a few calls and worked through every detail and every question and really all kinds of scenarios and outcomes until it felt right. Every step was easy and painless. My panels have been active for over a week now and I’m excited to see my reliance on the grid to become nonexistent.
