Jonathan was amazing through the whole process. I’m very analytical and he graciously waited as read every word of the contract. He answered all the questions I had regarding product, warranty, pricing etc. After the contract was signed he returned every text and call timely. I would 100% recommend Jonathan to give you an honest assessment of your solar needs. Throughout my inquiry I felt no pressure to sign.

Before I get started on our deal with Sunrun, we originally had gone with another local company. We wanted to compare prices and services with each company and make the best decision. Jon did us a huge favor and looked through the contract of the other company. Jon quickly got back to us and pointed out multiple red flags about the contract and let us decide if we wanted to pursue that particular company. We confirmed what he had mentioned about the contract, so we immediately changed our focus to Sunrun. Since the beginning Jon has been very helpful and transparent with the process. The best part about dealing with Jon, he didn't push a sale on us, and he provided us with all the information to make our own decision. Jon has patience, and we appreciate that!!! He gained our trust very quickly, and we would couldn't be happier with our experience with Jon!!!

Jonathan did a great job of walking me through the process and expediting the contract. Hopefully, the next steps of the installation will go as smoothly as the beginning stages.
