Jonathan was fantastic to deal with. Initial consult on solar and battery was extremely informative and tailored to my household needs; he spent an hour on that call with us. My wife and I had several concerns about the economics and whether this was the right step. Jonathan was not pushy although you can tell he is passionate given how informed he is. I had questions about existing utility payment models, potential for rising power prices, shortfall power risk, and the like - all of his responses were fact and numbers based. I had multiple subsequent follow ups with Jonathan before ultimately signing with Sunrun, and he has been attentive to each question. He is a true professional.

We were interested in a solar/battery system to cut our energy bills but also to provide backup for the power outages that we are having. Jonathan was extremely helpful, explaining all the options and costs in easy to understand language. So we've ordered a solar/Tesla Power Wall system. I highly recommend contacting Jonathan if you are interested in a solar system of if you just have questions.
