After paying Southern California Edison an average of $600 per month, I finally pulled the trigger, and separating myself from Edison has been a huge relief. The peace of mind alone makes it worth it. Austin was professional, patient, and knowledgeable from start to finish, and I’m grateful he didn’t give up on me when I initially said no. Austin approached us with all the answers to our questions regarding our energy consumption and solar needs. He made the process of going solar a breeze, and we are truly thankful for all his help. He was with us every single step of the way, from helping us choose the right solar system, guided us the morning of installation day, and followed up with us post installation to make sure everything went smoothly. If I could choose 10 stars, Austin is well deserving of it for is excellent communication and customer service skills.

I was on the fence about solar because of pushy and dishonest salesmen but Austin came through in a big way. He did a great job setting expectations, the price was unbeatable, and Sunrun's installation team did a wonderful job as well.
