I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding service. I received from my solar sales representative, Austin Monte. From start to finish, Austin went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and in my best interest. I had a settlement bill with edison that I was stressed about, and Austin stepped in and helped get it fully resolved by ensuring what I owed was covered on top of that, he thoughtfully redesigned my system by adding more solar panels and backup batteries to account for my increased nighttime usage from Edison. Now I feel completely secure knowing my home is protected from future power outages and rising utility costs. Austin was knowledgeable, transparent and genuinely cared about finding the right solution for my situation, not just making a sale.
