I’m Till Schmidt, a San Diego-based solar consultant with Sunrun. I’m originally from Germany, but moved to California seven years ago to pursue my American Dream – and I absolutely love living in San Diego. After years of working in real estate and construction, I got my solar license and decided to go all in with Sunrun once I started learning more about what’s happening with rising energy costs, grid reliability, and the pressure on our energy system. I chose Sunrun because they are one of the most established and forward-thinking companies in the solar industry. More importantly, I wanted to work with a company I can fully trust to take care of my family, friends, and clients – not just today, but for the long term. My goal is simple: help homeowners take control of their energy, protect themselves from blackouts and SDG&E’s ongoing price hikes, and make the process easy to understand from start to finish. No pressure. No confusing sales pitch. Just honest answers, real numbers, and a solution that actually makes sense for your home – if it makes sense.
