This was an overall fantastic experience. From the initial salesperson, down to the installers, it was totally professional throughout. Top drawer in my book. Responses to phone and/or email inquiries were always prompt and no matter who I reached through the 888 phone number, they had immediate access to my project. Your data base sharing systems must be very robust. This was greatly appreciated. Also, the installers were very, very professional. I was particularly impressed by their promptness, tidiness, and attention to details... especially installation safety. Hauling big solar panels on a three-story rooftop was a pretty scary proposition to me. But all of the required safety measures (e.g. harnesses, ladder attachments and usage, etc.) showed true care for the safety of the workers and me as the homeowner. I also appreciated greatly your scheduling flexibility around my obviously unexpected 1-month illness. I know this threw off your plans, but many thanks for that consideration. Overall a clear 10 on a scale of 10. I have already told several people about my very positive experience.

Jonathan was a pleasure to work with. I had so many questions, everyday, for a couple of weeks, and he somehow managed to remain very patient with me and always spoke in a polite and professional manner. Jonathan wasn't pushy. He checked on us just enough to make me feel like he cared. I took his subtle persistence as being hard working. Lucky for Solar City, it was a great reflexion upon the company also. Jonathan played a big part in our decision to use Solar City and we are very happy that we did!

Jonathan was able to answer my questions, both technical and non-technical, and get me started on the process of going solar with confidence. He responded to my telephone calls and email messages promptly, and once the business was done personally handed me off to the installation team in a manner that made me feel very comfortable with SolarCity overall.
