Jonathan was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and explained everything in a clear and concise manor using a video presentation during a phone call. Having a remote sales call was not an issue. He was very patient with our questions and knowledgeable with answers. When we were signing the contracts he went over everything line by line and answered questions as they arose. He was very prepared for our presentation and afterward he called us to follow up on our progress toward installation. Solar City installed our panels 1 week after we signed the contract, the city inspector was out 2 days later and signed off on the install, now we are waiting for PG&E. Overall Solar City's customer service has been excellent.

There comes a time when Solar is the way to go and what better place than in beautiful Hilo, Hawaii. Jonathan Wong is very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and made the application processing very painless. He was patient, compassionate, and understanding especially for folks in their early seventies that may be a little less computer literate. The installation crew was very professional, proficient and efficient, and attentive to neatness. They even tolerated my husbands millions of questions. Jonathan is also very accessible even to this day. We have had immediate responses and appreciate that very much of Jonathan. By the way, we have two homes that Jonathan has assisted with.
