Dylan is an amazing field rep. He is very engaging and took his time making sure I understand everything. He also took the time to even dialogue about life. He went above and beyond helping me with any questions I had and even after the sale was complete followed up with me and my concerns. I had no idea what I was doing but knew I wanted to switch to solar. Dylan, our rep, took great care of us and explained everything, and didn't disappear! He continued to keep in touch to make sure all is going well with our solar system. Sunrun has handled any issues we've run into, quickly. Plus.... we're definitely saving money on our electric bill and even have an Edison credit! I highly recommend them!
