I had no idea what I was doing but knew I wanted to switch to solar. Dylan, our rep, took great care of us and explained everything, and didn't disappear! He continued to keep in touch to make sure all is going well with our solar system. Sunrun has handled any issues we've run into, quickly. Plus.... we're definitely saving money on our electric bill and even have an Edison credit! I highly recommend them!
