The key reason we began working with Sunrun is because of Dimitar. My wife, Joanne, and I have been interested in the solar power concept for several years primarily to help save the planet and secondarily to avoid power outages in our home when the power company shut down the grid during emergencies. We were approached by several Sunrun representatives over the years but when I met Dimitar I felt that he had a deeper understanding of the solar concept and how Sunrun could benefit us in our Oakmont home. He fully explained the steps it would take to obtain solar energy through Sunrun, cost as well as benefits. Over all we enjoyed his company and appreciated the time he took to help us understand each step necessary to finally reach installation day. Since then he has kept in touch to answer any questions that might have arisen since the installation.
