My accounts were going through some challenging periods that even I was confused. Most of the problems started when Vivant decided to replace my defective panels. The main problem was the communication between me and all the different people I had to deal with. Then Bryan came into the picture and his knowledge and expertise were outstanding. To me, he turned out to be the most reliable person in resolving whatever issues came up. His availability and willingness to help are most impressive.
