DoodleKit was started by Heath Huffman and Ben Kittrell in 2006. Doodlekit has two employees, the two entrepreneurs. Doodlekit has been reviewed by tech companies around the world like, PC World, PC Magazine, TechCrunch, BLoggingStocks, Webuser, AOL download squad, Killer Startups and gHacks.
DoodleKit is a really great plan for those who know a little bit about HTML or CSS, and even better for those who are fluent in it. There's a great feature that gives users the ability to share templates they have designed or edited themselves, and there are many different effects to create a beautiful looking website. They host with AWS, which is a great cloud computing company, and is an Amazon branch, so you know it's trusted by many and works well, which based on the information, is very true. They also offer a free website, if you are looking for something inexpensive and that looks good.
DoodleKit is a very small company which makes it difficult to get quick responses to help or customer service feedback. They offer an email form, as well as a forum, which lack the customer service resources that other web builder sites have. This can make it hard to get in touch with people that work at DoodleKit.
DoodleKit has less themes than other companies as well as less features. This doesn't mean that what they do have isn't quality, but shows more of a reflection that they are a smaller operation hoping to benefit business and personal website builders.
