Dane - We pride ourselves on top notch service and call quality so at times when that's not the case we seek to assist. Usually in cases like this there are network settings that may need to be adjusted to best serve the voice traffic on the network. We have used Jive as our VOIP provider for quite a while now and it is the best system we have ever had. The prices are unbelievably low for what you get and their training team is more than knowledgeable in helping you get the most out of the service.
I love Jive. They have always provided a great VOIP service at a very reasonable price. Their staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to the products they offer and are willing to answer all of your questions until you feel more than comfortable. I would highly recommend Jive to absolutely anyone!

I just signed up a couple of months ago and have had a great experience thus far. Customer service is easy to deal with, the product is great, and I like the online portal which allows me to make any changes I want. Pricing was great compared to what I had before.

When looking for a new phone provider, we were thrilled to find JIVE. They were super fast getting us a quote and answering all our questions about their service and produce. They cost less than other companies we were considering. As an added bonus, they include licenses for GoToMeetings in their price which then makes them the best value out there by far. We have not had any issues with interruptions in service. Great customer service and just what we were hoping for.

We use Jive in my workplace. as far as inbound and outbound calls this service works great but their customer service is atrocious. I have spent literally 2+ hours on the phone with their hold music and I've been transferred more times then I can count.

Jive has been able to more than meet my company's needs at a price that has tremendous value for the services provided. The support staff is most courfteous and dedicated to ensuring that the issue and/or request for assistance has been more than satisfactorily resolved. There is also a follow-up email to verify resoluition and to address any other issues. They are #1!

The phone system is a little convoluted at first. If you have technical support questions, it is quite a hassle to get to a tech. Some of the Techs are very helpful and courteous, while others would soon you use the website for your issues.
Switching our phone system to Jive was seamless. It was intuitive and the phones and their features are user friendly. We received helpful emails and phone calls to make sure the transition was going smoothly. I have been involved in 4 phone system transitions. Each of them was frustrating and dreadful until this one with Jive. Jive's customer service can't be topped.

We've had Jive a little over three years and the service and support have been great! I don't remember the last time we had our phones go down. Call quality has been good for the vast majority of the time and if something comes up their support team is quick to respond. Our account rep Jenna is always on top of things and will follow-up with us on issues and double check we are happy each month. I love the Jive dashboard! It makes it easy to set up your call flow and manage everything from hold music to queues, forwarding, etc. We also love being able to give each of our users their own conference line. We had a few feature requests and their dev team actually took our feedback and implemented some changes! You never see or hear of that anymore. We've been testing their mobile app and it's great on Android (iPhone version is lagging a little behind, but they are working on it). Overall, it's a great service for the price and I hope to use them for many more years.

Jive's customer service was and is excellent. When we were unsure how the process of switching over might work they answered all questions very quickly and in detail. Setting up the JIVE phones was very seamless and we've been very happy with the service and customer service ever since. It's great to be able to work remotely and still be available at any time for our members.
1. The Customer Service is outstanding. The sales department and tech support do everything possible to try to solve issues. 2. I have some issues with dropped calls. It is difficult to know if this is due to the JIVE router or Comcast Internet. However, it is disturbing when it occurs. 3. The phone that JIVE provided me can be difficult in some ways. For example, it is not always easy to tell who has called me in the history option. 4. The JIVE app on my iPhone needs improvement. It is not as user-friendly as it could be. 5. Despite the issues, it has generally been a good experience with JIVE. I will have to see how it works over the coming months to know definitively.
Technically from an end user endpoint, the platform is extremely easy to use, adaptable and customizable. The graphics and instructions are clear and concise and easily understood by employees at all company levels. User information is real time and allows administrative adaptation easily and comfortably to suit both short and long term office needs. The platform's record and history capabilities are also exceptional and provide accurate and thorough data recollections of all incoming and outgoing calls and duration as well as clear graphics and charts for comparison of end users times and dates all of which help with the allocation of phone usage and directional capabilities. Finally, there is the customer service, which is perhaps the very best feature of Jive. There appears to be no problem the technicians cannot solve quickly and efficiently to full satisfaction and in a manner which is professional, imminently competent, and completely puts my mind at ease, knowing that they can handle it. Each and every time I have had to contact customer service, which is by no means a regular occurrence, every technician I have worked with has been truly exceptional and I can honestly say that based soley on my interaction with them that there are none that I would not interview for a position at my company. They really are that good.

Professional project management team from start to finish that was able to navigate difficult porting situations with the help of their extremely experienced staff. We elected to have on-site assistance on many of our projects. The engineering team was extremely knowledgeable on the network set up and troubleshooting that needed to be addressed. I would recommend Jive Communications as your Hosted VoIP provider any day. Stable platform, and little to no service interruptions.
