Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, HiLife Vitamins has suspended product returns. This policy includes refunds, store credit and product exchanges. The only exception to this embargo is if you receive the wrong items in your order.

The company says that this is to protect customers and employees and it will monitor state and local guidelines to decide when it can reverse this policy. It does not give a timeline of when it plans to begin allowing returns again.

Few Deals and No Rewards Program
