CVS opened its first store in 1963. It now has stores across the country and has over 1 billion in revenue sales. CVS has changed to CVS Health, offers a minute clinic for walk-in convenience, and was the first pharmacy to offer a loyalty program. It has a variety of health products as well as access to its pharmacy on its online store.
CVS is a large corporation with a variety of products. Its site has a manageable 10 categories of products. They are: vitamins, baby & child, beauty, diet & nutrition, health & medicine, home health care, household & grocery, personal care, sexual health, skin care. When you select a product the sites provides you with an overview of that product, and gives details of what the consumer will be buying. It also has tabs to view the ingredients, directions, and warnings. There is a place to read reviews that other customers have written about the product as well.
CVS offers two different loyalty programs for its customers. It offers "extra savings" and "extra bucks". The extra savings gives its members personalized coupons when you shop and weekly deals and coupons in emails. The extra bucks give you 2% back in rewards on your everyday purchases. You can also earn bucks by filling prescriptions with them. The program requires you to sign up and have a CVS account, but it is free and simple to do.
CVS offers a free shipping rate to its customers when they spend $35 or more on any purchase. CVS also accept returns for up to 30 days after the purchase. If the product was a CVS brand product, it would offer a 100% guarantee. CVS will also accept returns on opened or unopened items if the customer is not fully satisfied.
The CVS website is not user friendly. It was difficult to find products, and can lead you on a wild goose chase. It is also difficult to find information regarding ingredients, possible side effects, and warnings regarding the medicine.
Thr "extra bucks" loyalty program does not seem like it is very loyal to the customer. Its bucks program offers 2% back in rewards on everyday purchases. Once the reward is given quarterly, the consumer has only 45 days to use them before they expire. No bucks can roll over and must be used in one shopping trip.
Kids can go pick out a toy, while I'm picking out my vatmins, it's the best of both worlds, I'm healthy, and we're all happy!
There are so many good products, the items ordered arrived quickly!
CVS has a great supply of vitamins and the store brand versions of the vitamins are very comparable to the name brands.

I love this place when I am in the bigger cities. We do not have one in our town but there is one around 20 miles away. My mom who is 75 can easily go into it and tells me often how they have helped her print pictures or find her something. I am thankful she has a place she feels she can go into and get what she needs
I love that they are alphabetized and the prices aren't normally too high. Very organized and always stocked.
CVS pharmacy is a really convenient way to pick up prescriptions or to buy OTC medications, and they have locations all over the place. They always have your prescription ready on time, and I've never had a bad experience with their customer service.

CVS has been very reliable with their prescription pick up service. As soon as I leave the doctor, they send me a text saying my medication is ready. CVS is my go-to pharmacy for that reason, they also have a lot of products if you need snacks, medicine, or things on the go.

CVS has a great selection of many different products, from vitamins to dishwashing soap. My family always uses CVS for items like ankle braces and athletic tape, as well as for any pharmaceutical medications we needed prescribed.
Sometimes the pharmacists are understaffed. Prices for vitamins are buy one get one free saves a lot of money. Things like fish oil and calcium.
Great selection at a great price. They have always had good customer service and are friendly and helpful when I need to pick up any subscriptions.
They have a lot of different options so you can get exactly what fits your needs. The employees are kind and answer your questions and they stay patient.

Our local CVS has a wonderful selection of vitamins. It’s easy to move around in the store no clutter, clean and clear where they put what. There prices are always nice and the coupons the offer are right on point with my card
It is close by my home and they have a good selection. Sometimes they have sales so I stock up.
It's a convenient place to buy vitamins. I wish there was more variety of vitamins (which I can usually get at a dedicated nutrition store or mass retailer). The prices are a little high but you can't beat the convenience when I"m already there picking up prescriptions.
CVS is often the only place I go because of insurance coverage. I can find medicine and vitamins for great deals that are found no where else.
CVS has come to my aid time and again! The employees there are very helpful, kind, and able to answer all of my questions. They are conveniently open all the time, so whenever I have to go there I can rely on CVS to fulfill my needs.
CVS is usually where I go to get my prescriptions filled and any other day-to-day medical stuff I need. They always have great availability and our quick on filling orders. Plus, every time I've gone they've priced matched to make sure I get the best deals on medicine.
I have had mostly good experiences with CVS, but the inside of the stores could use a bit more attention.
CVS is great and always has what I need when I am in a pinch, but I usually try not to shop there because everything costs at least a couple more dollars there than at target or walmart.
I shop at CVS often for prescriptions, vitamins, and other healthcare items. They have great customer service, and I love to use their app. Very functional.
CVS is my main vitamin store, along with my main prescription store, candy store, and personal products store. They have a great selection of vitamins for the whole family at a good price. I also like the coupons they have and fast bucks that help me save a little along the way.

We have a CVS right by our house and it's very convenient. I get my make up from there and they usually have good deals on it.
Although CVS pharmacy’s are plentiful and convenient, I feel like most goods are overpriced.
