The Good

  • Office Space Solutions
  • Month-to-Month Contracts
  • No Hidden Fees

Office Space Solutions

Servcorp does its best to provide you with a flexible workspace. As a client you have access to the following amenities:

  • Local business telephone number (answered in your company name)
  • Dedicated receptionist
  • Mail and courier handling
  • Worldwide access to boardrooms, meeting rooms, and day offices
  • Access to coworking space for up to 3 hours per day (with secure Wi-Fi and coffee)
  • Instant online booking through Servcorp Home
  • Networking events and community events

Month-to-Month Contracts

Servcorp offers month to month contracts. This is unique within the industry as most virtual office providers require you to sign a contract locking you in for 6 to 12 months.

Servcorp does offer a year contract and its a discounted rate but we recommend the month to month plan (at first) and make sure you’re happy with Servcorps services.

No Hidden Fees

Servcorp doesn’t believe in hidden costs. The company is fairly transparent with pricing, promising that you will only pay your monthly Virtual Office membership fee.

The Bad

  • Limited Office Locations
  • Extra Costs

Limited Office Locations

Although Servcorp has over 150 virtual office locations, unfortunately it's not that impressive — especially when the competition boasts over 5,000 meeting spaces in every city.

If you’re located in the United States, Servcorp only has 9 office locations scattered throughout New York, Texas, Washington D.C., and Chicago.

While these cities are fairly popular business hubs, it's not great if you need a virtual office anywhere else in the United States

Extra Costs

Servcorp prides itself on being transparent with pricing and not having any hidden fees — but that doesn’t mean you won’t come across some extra (maybe even unexpected costs). Although Servcorps offices come with a variety of office equipment, it's only available on a pay-as-you-go basis. If you need to print, fax, or shred an important document, you can expect to pay a small fee.

The Bottom Line

Servcorp allows small and mid-sized businesses to benefit from the advantages of a prestigious address, dedicated support team, and global reach all for an affordable monthly price. This Australian-based company, founded 1978, boasts pioneering the virtual office concept and is continuing to expand its services.

While Servcorp has over 150 locations worldwide, it's one of the smaller virtual office providers. Especially within the United States — currently there are only nine office locations. And you’ll need to be prepared to pay for small things like printing, faxing, shredding, etc.
