Alliance Virtual Offices helps businesses scale faster with high-quality, flexible workspaces in over 1,100 global locations.
Alliance Virtual Offices aims to provide small and mid-sized business owners with the opportunity to grow and expand their business with a recognized business address, professional space for meetings, quiet private offices, live receptionist, and more.
You can easily use the office as your workspace, or you can meet clients and coworkers.
Alliance Virtual Offices is one of the most affordable virtual office providers in the industry. The company has virtual office plans that start at just $49 per month.
If you need to conduct business outside of the United States, Alliance Virtual Offices has office locations in over 40 countries.
All of Alliance Virtual Offices’ have a minimum six-month contract. Unfortunately, the company does not offer any month-to-month contracts or three-month contracts. This is incredibly frustrating for consumers. Most first time clients will want to test out the services for a shorter period before committing to paying for half of the year.
When reading your Virtual Office contract, you will notice setup fees, recurring fees, mail forwarding fees, and late payment fees. The setup and recurring fees are payable in advance and non-refundable.
New Alliance customers will have to pay a one-time setup fee of $100.
There is also a mail forwarding fee. If you need your mail forwarded monthly, that will be $5 per month plus postage costs. Mail forwarded every two weeks is $10 per month plus postage. And mail forwarded once per week is $20 per month plus postage.
If you are late on a payment, there is no grace period, and you can expect a $50 late payment fee.
There may also be several extra charges on your monthly plan. Don’t be surprised if you have to pay extra for a main building directory listing, professional admin services, and the professional business support center.
If you purchased a Platinum Plus plan, be aware that board rooms, seminar rooms, and training rooms are not included in your 16 hours of meeting room time. You’ll have to pay extra for those.
Although you can downgrade your Virtual Office Platinum Plus services by giving written notice of the downgrade, you have to do it 60 days before the end of your current term.
