If I could put-100 stars I would! I booked an overnight stay online and had no idea I was booking with these theives! I later canceled my reservation and book it still charged me for my room as well as a deposit. It cost me $700.00 not to stay in a hotel. Yest now I can't find anyone who will take a call. What a sham! How are there people who are so ready to take our money.

Bookit is a very easy website to find deals on hotel rooms from, and you can usually find some pretty good deals too. They make it easy to make your reservation straight from their website, and they've always been reliable in my experience. Just make sure that you're sure you'll be using the hotel when you book it, because there are often cancellation fees.

The process is fast but only to steal your money, they announce that they sell first class flights that do not exist not even on the plane On July 7, 2019 I bought a first class flight with bookit, when I called the airline they told me that they didn't have first class on that flight I called bookit and after more than 1:45 minutes waiting on the phone Nicole told me that they would change my tickets to first class in two hours To make the short story, no one answered the phone anymore, I arrived to the airport, and the airline girl told me that our names were not on the flight and that that flight only had business class and regular class, when she checked deeper she saw that they had sold us economy class without even putting our names on the fly  Bookit sold me first-class seats to Europe and put me and my family in an economic seat, we didn't get on the plane, I called them to cancel and nobody answered the phone. We had to stay in Miami pay for a hotel Night and we booked with Expedia company a new flight with excellent customer service and Fly the next Day. I'm still waiting for the American airline to respond to us and Pay me back my money since bookit doesn't care about their customers Do not use this company sells fraudulent ads

Mark Yesso Bay Saint Louis, MS is nothing but a rip off. They stole $4700 from my wife and I for our honeymoon trip that was planned for march 24th-31st 2020. They canceled all of their trips and didn't give any of its customers refunds (600+ and counting). The CEO Bud finlaw turned off the phones and left it customers stranded all over the globe. Customers that paid bookit were left paying double because did not pay the resorts. All of this happended right before covid-19 shut down international travel . Absolutely worst way they could have handled this. DO NOT USE THIS OTA!!!

I purchased a trip to Cancun April of 2020 and Bookit sent a message that our flights changed and when I went to go onto the website found out they were closed. They took $3200.00 of my money and there is nothing I can do!!!
