American Career College was originally founded by David Pyle in 1978. It operates as a private, for-profit vocational college. The American Career College focus is centered around health care training and treatment programs. There are both diploma and associate degrees available to students, although degree levels will vary on the type of program a student goes into. These programs are available through the American Career College campuses, which are located across the general Los Angeles metro area. The American Career College program is accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES).
Everest Colleges, Institutes, and Universities were initially founded in 2007 under the branch of Corinthian Colleges, Inc. Everest was initially comprised of a number of schools which all fell under the Everest brand name. However, in 2015, Corinthian was forced to shut down and filed for bankruptcy. That same year, Educational Credit Management Corporation assumed ownership of over half of the former Corinthian College institutions, which included Everest College campuses. Today, there are no longer Everest/Corinthian institutions in Canada, but the United States branches remain operational.
With over 100 diverse majors, Penn College provides hands-on learning at its campus in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Penn College was rated one of the best, public regional colleges by U.S. News in 2017 and has a campus of close to 1,000 acres. The admission rate for the Fall semester of 2016 was roughly 80 percent. Penn College has high employment rates, small class sizes, and lower than average loan default rates at 9.1 percent. Penn College also has low graduation rates and relatively high tuition costs.
Remington College was founded in 1940. The oldest and original campus is the former Spencer Business College located in Lafayette, Louisiana. Since its founding, Remington has grown to incorporate sixteen campuses all within the United States. They are non-profit, post-secondary educational institutions. The headquarters are located in Heathrow, Florida and offers both degree and diploma programs. Each campus offers different programs and degrees.
In addition to having physical campuses, Remington College also provides an online platform where students can earn their degree entirely online. Remington College has been part of the U.S. higher-education community since 1987 with each campus being accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC).

Automotive Training Center (ATC) has a rich history as it was established as a division of Spring Garden College in Philadelphia, PA back in 1917. More than 80 years later they were awarded the National Winner of the Award for Excellence in Automotive Training by the Automotive Industry Planning Council (AIPC) and ASE. In 2001, Ford Motor Company partnered with ATC to provide maintenance and light repair training for their students. Most recently, ATC was recognized as a School of Excellence in the 2013-2014 year.
