LiveHealth Online doctors can prescribe needed medications, with the exception of controlled substances; muscle relaxants; lifestyle drugs, such as Cialis and Viagra; weight loss drugs; and medications containing ephedrine or pseudophedrine, such as Sudafed and Claritin-D. LiveHealth Online doctors also cannot prescribe Gabapentin, although LiveHealth Online psychiatrists can.
LiveHealth Online doesn’t offer any physical locations where patients can complete lab work or medical imaging.
LiveHealth Online doctors cannot complete requests for FMLA disability or insurance, service dog requests, or school or camp forms, as these typically require an in-person visit. However, they can provide notes excusing patients from work or school.
