My problem was quickly resolved after I signed up (under pressure) for a full year contract for 3 computers. The first individual was unable to solve the issue, so I was transferred (after the $299.95 charge) to another tech support. He was able to solve the issue quickly, but I had agreed to a "clean-up" of my system. The whole procedure lasted 2-3 hours.
