Top Ranked Companies

The Good

  • Customized solutions available
  • Certified engineers
  • 24/7/365 support
  • Multiple service options
  • Quick response times

Customized Solutions Available

According to the website, the company offers fixed pricing packages, as well as customizable solutions. That means you can pick and choose the features you need and will price your chosen options accordingly, which is great because then you don't have to pay for features and benefits you don't need.

Certified Engineers's engineers and technical consultants are highly qualified and hold many of the focused competencies in common and complex technologies. Certifications such as SonicWall Security Administration, VMWare Professional, Cisco (CCIE) Certified, ShoreTel Certified, Citrix Professional Certified, Cisco (CCNP) Certified, Microsoft Certified (Technology and Systems Engineer), HP Invent Accredited Presales Consultant and Amazon Web Services Certified.

24/7/365 Support

This company's IT support service technicians are available 24/7/365 so they will be there when you need them. Whether that be for desktop support, onsite support, systems administration, office moves, new hardware deployments, network support, and deployments or even any of your temporary technology staffing needs.

Multiple Service Options offers multiple service options which include desktop support and onsite support and services, as well as regular or on-demand services on a set schedule or just when you need them.

Quick Response Times

When you're having IT problems, you don't want to wait for help. Fortunately, features a 30-minute remote and four-hour onsite response time anywhere in the U.S. Assuming they follow these response guidelines, this is just one good reason to consider them for your tech support service company.

The Bad

  • Pricing information not disclosed
  • Mac devices not supported
  • Unclear data recovery information
  • No live chat feature

Pricing Information Not Disclosed

Unfortunately, doesn't disclose its pricing structure, whether it offers one-time fixes, or if if provides monthly or annual subscriptions. Additionally, the company doesn't disclose whether or not it charges any setup fees. This prevents customers from getting enough information from the website to determine if it's even worth their time to make contact.

Mac Devices Not Supported

While it's possible may employ some technicians that know something about offering support for Mac devices, it doesn't appear that it publicly offer any type of Mac services at all. This prevents those with Mac devices from selecting them as a service provider. Most of the company's competitors offer support services for PC's and Macs alike.

Unclear Data Recovery Information offers data security services, as well as virus and malware removal; however, it's unclear whether or not they offer any type of data recovery services. There is only one quick mention on one page of the website and it simply says "recover from anywhere." Therefore, you will have to contact the company directly for clarification regarding this matter.

No Live Chat Feature

It doesn't appear that offers any type of live chat feature on the website. This is something we'd like to see them add as it allows a customer to quickly reach out to them without having to pick up the phone and call or wait for a response from a contact form submission.

The Bottom Line has a lot to offer and quite a few certifications to backup its qualifications. The company offers 24/7/365 service and multiple support options. Additionally, has great response times, which is what you want when an IT issue arises; however, it's a bit frustrating that the company don't disclose their pricing structure, which means you have to take the time to contact representatives directly for even the most basic information. Additionally, doesn't support Mac devices, limiting the number of people it can help. And, it's unclear to what extent, if any, the company offers any type of data recovery options. Data recovery is an extremely important feature especially in today's day and age of cyber warfare. For these reasons, we cannot with confidence recommend for its tech support services.
