When it was Itok it was good ! Recently there must have been a change after it went to Bask b/c their present back up system stinks !! We ended up leaving them and using another program b/c their's is so unusable !! Now, the Malwarebytes they install is a nightmare. I know its free but it disappears constantly from the tray and you can't find it to restart it and you end up a half hour on the phone with Bask again, just to have your antivirus working almost every other week, their Trend system was better !! Its so bad they have you run a program to fix it yourself !! It does seem like they have more help now and they try to help you right away as opposed to having to wait hours for someone to call you back for help !!! Signed, Frustrated !!!
I will tell all my friends not to use this site , I was screwed out of over $300 when I canceled account to due unsatisfactory service after 3 days of trying to get the site to work with no success . Was told I would get a refund , given a refund number but now the company won't pay up .. still fighting for it after 3 months . Linda Gillespie
When I could finally get tech support it was often good. But after a year and a half of hoping their wait times would improve I am finally quitting. They always say they are having heavy call volume. They say they will call back when a tech is available and often that doesn't happen for a day or two. Also there is no way to talk to customer service or to give feedback. They just don't have good practices for a service organization.

I have been a client of Bask for over 8 years and currently have 3 computers under contract with them. I have always received prompt service. My computer issues have been resolved quickly with no remedial issues. The monthly fee has great additional services. I would recommend this company to anyone. had no service/contact for two years, the billing worked well, not the individual support actual contact was finally made when credit card expired, but not until. was a hassle to cancel. beware of the monthly charges. beware, especially senior citizens.
