We really couldn't find much to complain about when it comes to their business model; however, it would be nice if they added a live chat feature to their website for those who can't take the time to call or wait for a reply to a contact form inquiry. We'd also like to see greater transparency when it comes to pricing options or quotes, so customers can have a better idea of how much they'll need to pay for services.
