To keep it short, I was completely bamboozled! My problem wasn't solved and they wanted to charge me for "service" that did absolutely nothing to fix my problem. When I finally contacted Microsoft and spoke to someone, my issue was fixed immediately. I wanted to pay the tech for the time he spent (40 minutes) doing whatever he was doing to my computer, I was thinking $50, wanted to charge me $90 and nothing less, even though they advertise "100" money back guarantee!!! Beyond annoyed, I contacted my bank and they are dealing with it. SUPER DISAPPOINTED!

All the techies with whom I have spoken have understood well what was being asked and responded in good, understandable English. All showed consistent courtesy and patience and did their utmost to cope with the problems and solve them. It was a pleasure to deal with these knowledgeable people.

Very disappointed in the service I received. My computer is worse now than when we started. I spoke to six different agents none of which spoke good english. I was in the two sessions for over eleven hours. Buyer beware
