I'm disapointed, wanted to watch a movie on Blockbuster on Demand, movies ranged from 3 to 4 dollars.. and there was no monthly fee. Now I find you have changed it all... now its Sling TV... and you want me to pay 20 bucks a month, even if I am not watching. Im sick of companies upping the prices. I liked it the old way, pay when you watch. Not signing up for Sling TV... I dont want TV.. I want movies.

I just purchased a movie on blockbuster on demand, and same as these other complaints dating back to atleast December of 2014, I get the picture BUT NO SOUND!! This is absolutely uncalled for, unprofessional and a complete scam, with no customers service phone number just e-mail, this was a waste of money. No wonder the company has closed many doors throughout the US my only regret was I WISH I would have read from this website before I purchased!! For I now know I wont see a refund or get help. I have roku, and MGO is the way to go to rent new releases!

Blockbuster on Demand is a disaster. On at least 3 occasions, I have tried to rent a movie and watch, with technical issues that made the movie unwatchable. Of course, they have absolutely no technical support. I give up. I'm going to remove the app from my computer and go with Netflix. Don't waste your time or money.

Several times I tried to rent a movie to watch on my desktop or tablet. I kept getting a message saying the service was unavailable. This was over many weeks. I tried uninstalling then installing again. Same problem, so it wasn't on my end. I uninstalled one final time and rented a movie from Amazon. Goodby B-on-Demand!

I too have had no sound every time I either watched a trailer or rented a movie on Blockbuster on Demand through my Roku since late last year. I played around with the audio settings on the Roku and it actually worked. I think it is stupid I had to figure this out on my own, when it in fact worked just fine mid last year . . . VERY ANNOYING!!!

My son is deaf and although I am offered closed caption through blockbuster it does not work. Several movies I chose I paid for and they would not play. There is absolutely no one you can call to help you through these issues. Over all poor customer service.

Third time I have rented a blockbuster movie through my roku and low and behold no sound. Video with no audio. Total ripoff. All the other channels on my roku have sound and work fine but blockbuster let me down again. Be careful if you click on the purchase button because you may have to watch the whole movie without sound.

I purchased a rental via Roku using the on demand app. I had a picture but no sound. I called to complain but the numbers listed as customer service numbers were out of service. I do NOT plan on EVER renting again. Waste of money and bad customer service! I was VERY DISAPOINTED!

My dad has this app on his Roku. Three times that I've visited we have rented Blockbuster movies....each time there is picture with no sound. He has called about this each time and Blockbuster has NOT refunded any of the money. Terrible customer service, we would much rather watch Netflix, or pay the extra money for MGo which actually works.

set up an account, paid for the movie after watching the trailer and I keep getting an error message about the content was not authorized for playback. So basically I lost my money! Buyer beware, do not use this app!
