Anyone can sign up for MTI's free mental training tips. There are several topics that consumers can choose from, such as preventing performance slumps or overcoming anxiety and nervousness. All of MTI's training tips are sent via email and consumers can unsubscribe from the emails at any time.

While MTI will refund the unused portion of any service within three months of purchase, The Mental Training Program (MTP) fee and the Online Mental Trainer (OMT) monthly fee are non-refundable.
