We were very pleased with their customer service. Lisa C was our sales representative and she is really outstanding. It’s very unfortunate that we have decided to separate ways due to some reasons. Matt T, a client advocate, is very honest and made sure that we are well aware. If in case anything happens and we would like to revisit things, we will definitely choose ADT Solar (Sunpro).

Gage M came out to our house to help me understand solar energy - from installation to maintenance to the benefits of having the system installed at our home. By the time he left, I felt that I had a thorough understanding of solar energy. He is intelligent, kind and trustworthy. He did not put a hard sell on, but trusted in the products that he is selling to speak for themselves. We have not yet decided if we will pursue solar on our home, but if we do we will definitely go with Gage and SunPro.

Update: Sunpro/Gage M: After a year of working with Sunpro and Gage M I have no complaints. Since day one Gage has been only a text, email or a phone call away. We had a few issues but everything was handled in a timely manner. They do monitor your system which is good for me because they will notify you of a problem before you know you have one and send out a tech which was great. All in all I would recommend Sunpro. Gage M is the salesman I would highly recommend, he truly loves helping his clients, as I stated before a year later and he's still in communication. Thank you sir!

Professionals from start to finish. The installation team of Foreman Alex S, Installers, Josh R and Alec M, Plus the Electrical Team of Victor G and Miguel G are the best. Throughout the installation I was totally informed of the process. One more kodus, goes to the Energy Team of Billandra H (BB). What a great member of this team. Changed our thermostat, and every light bulb to LED that she could reach, for those that she couldn't, she left me extras. She ensured that everything that needed to be connected. I will highly recommend this company to my family and friends.

Sunpro is a solar installer that has very good people, and good equipment. And, I think their system will work well once it is working. However, Sunpro has a lousy relationship with utilities and especially Duke Energy. You must know by now that utilities are for solar energy (THEIR SOLAR ENERGY). They really don't want home owners to have solar at all.......first, understand that. My system was installed and test operating on September 25th of 2021. We are now into February of 2022, and it still is not operating, not because of Sunpro, but because of Duke Energy blocking my system from operating. There, honestly, should be a Class Action Suit against Duke Energy because I know I am not the only one with an extreme case of frustration! Maybe my system will operate in 2023!

Our sales representative, Gage, was extremely knowledgeable, honest, thorough and helpful. He explained how solar panels work, how the backup batteries work, how to calculate how many panels we would need and where they should be placed, and all of the extra benefits that SunPro provides when setting up a home for solar power. Very professional. We were very pleased.
