2 months after installation I already have problems with the solar panels. My Sunpower Home Monitoring is saying One or more devices are not working properly. I've been waiting close to a month for someone to fix the problem. Sunpower keeps telling me they are trying to locate a service technician in my area.

We’re happy with the product but during the installation we had an attic fire so I am not happy with the installers. The installation process was horrible. It cost me about three hundred thousand dollars in claims and we were out of the house for four months. It is working now and like the solar.

Horrible company to work with. Sub standard installation. They want your money but could careless about what you want. Good luck getting service work out of them. They hire sub contractors for everything. The contractors the have in house are lazy and show up when they want to. Ridiculous company.
