Payment Options

Outright Purchase

Solar Loan

Customers can finance their system purchase through a loan with Sungevity. The customer will own the system and receive all the benefits mentioned above, but will pay their loan off through monthly payments. Because Sungevity has a vast network of lenders, customers will be sure to find a reasonable interest rate that matches their qualifications and unique situation. And, since the terms of the solar loan imply ownership of the solar panel system, customers will be able to receive the 30 percent federal tax credit as well as any state tax credits. Solar Lease

    They were absolutely wonderful. The technicians were great! They did everything as they said and did everything on schedule. I’m saving money with my solar panels and helping the endangered planet to survive a little bit longer. Installation was great – just what they said it was. They did an excellent job, definitely the best solar company. I’ve recommending them to everybody. I investigated a lot of solar companies and this is the one that’s definitely the most reliable, has the best product and does the best follow up on it.

    Our solar system is good – we haven’t have any problems. They were very responsive to any questions we their overall plan was very thorough. It took a little longer but I don’t think that was their fault, I think it was just a matter of timing and I think they were very busy with installation so the whole process took a little longer than we thought it would set them. It’s been running within a few months and it’s working fine.

    They had good advertisement. Their installation team was phenomenal. They installed it less than half a day and I have a big system and they very professional and cleaned up. I’m very happy with the company, I’m on my 3rd year.

    Their customer service folks could use some training in troubleshooting. I think that they need to shorten the time between when they find a problem with the solar producing and to notify folks sooner. And also they need to be quicker fixing the system.

    Installation was fine, it was fast and they had no problems. The only thing is there’s a lot of tools that they left out the house. The system works fine but it’s not enough for our needs so we still have a little bit of money we have to pay to the power company.
    They had an incredible presentation. They used an electronic presentation where you can set it to your computer and a person will talk to you over the phone. The field director was excellent- very knowledgeable. They were very customer service oriented, arrived on time, and were easy to access. They gave us their cellphone numbers if we had questions and they were very prompt about getting back to us if we have a little voice mail. They were just very responsive, very knowledgeable and very warm in welcoming.

    Sungevity is the only company that said they would replace it, free of cost. They warranted all our parts, not most of the part. So far, so good. I’m very happy. I have not had the chance to see how good they are in the warranty because nothing is broken.

    I haven’t had much contact with them since it’s been put in. Nobody really calls here or anything from Sungevity to see how things are going. Installation was fine. I got things fixed. The electric company came by and realize what the problem was and if it hadn’t been caught I could have had a fire in the house so then Sungevity had them come back and check out everything. It was a mistake, but it was mistake that could have cost on my house, I wasn’t happy with that part of it. The installation, everything else was fine I have no complaints except for that one thing.
