After a power outage back in May 2018, my Sunpower PVS5 did not recover, resulting in not getting KWHs from the production. This has made it quite difficult to report the amount of KWH generated and getting my New Jersey SRECs. Attempts to reach Green Street have not been successful in that they do not return my messages. Sunpower customer service indicates that warranty issues need to be addressed by Green Street. I would not recommend Green Street to anyone.

Delivery and completion for services rendered is terribly poor. They never ever follow through on their paperwork required by the electric company, they will promise you to return your call and will not return your call and they clearly show the customer that they don't care if the process results in a lengthy process of 11mths +. I will strongly advice to choose another solar panel company for insulation of services and solsr panel.
