Our experience with Elevation Solar has been both extremely positive and genuinely encouraging. Throughout each and every step of this solar panel process (from planning, installation, and now to ongoing monitoring and maintenance) Elevation’s representatives have proven attentive to our unique situation, thorough in seeing that each stage of the project was carried out properly, and truly helpful with friendly service and quick, clear communication. During the initial planning stage, Elevation’s representatives were transparent, personable, and made sure that we fully understood the project before any commitments were made, from how much energy our panels would produce over their lifespan, to what flexible and attractive financing options were available to us. In fact, we were delighted to discover how accommodating Elevation’s representatives proved to be when negotiating our project. Elevation even managed to save us thousands on our project by helping us navigate existing rebate opportunities through our local energy system provider. All throughout the installation period, Elevation’s project managers were quick to contact us with updates well ahead of key dates and were always careful to ensure that our customer experience was as positive as possible. For that, we were extremely grateful. The installation crew they brought on likewise proved professional and exhibited quality workmanship. Installation was a multiday process because some of the parts didn't show up. Once the parts showed up, it wasn't installed properly, but the equipment is a five.

The install process took longer than it should have. Elevation said it would be installed on one day and they didn't come out till around 3 to install it and it took another 3 days for them to finish it.

They did what they said they were going to do. Everything works well and seems to be working so far, we're happy with our system.

Elevation Solar did not follow the contract, they told me it would be done in the period of two months and they took about six or seven months to get it done. The people who subcontracted were supposed to do it on the roof, but they never did. I asked for my money back but they said no because it would cost them a lot of money, so I lost thirty thousand dollars and I am still paying it off. All the promises of the salesman were false. The equipment is fine but it is all around a horrible company.

I was deceived in believing the salesman, he lied to me after I had accepted it he said he was fired but he was still working there when I called later, he just didn't want to deal with my complaints. The installation process was good but I was told by my salesman I could add more panels but I had to buy a new box. With the price of it, even with the lower electric bill I will barely break even. I would definitely not recommend Elevation.

I wish they would spend more time after installation with the customer to know if everything is working correctly and being produced an recorded correctly.

The quality of the product is good and I have had no problem with them. Everything went right, whatever they said they were going to do was done.

There was a miscommunication between the installers and the customer service so the installation process was long and slow but the equipment is great and it saves us money.

I had some help from Skylar using my Curb. He took the time to help me get the app set up and gave me a brief intro. I appreciated his concern for his work and the effort he put in to make the experience as positive as possible. So far, everyone I have dealt with at Elevation has been pleasant and customer service oriented.

What a surprise to me when Diana showed up at my house to do some more work! She explained the blower door test, energy report, and all about the install process for energy efficiency. She did all the work in a timely manner without damaging anything. Great to see her and work with again.

Working with Diana was a breeze. She initially came out to install our Curb app about 18 months ago. The app went offline so I texted her for some guidance at troubleshooting it. She was so helpful, and we were able to bring it back online. Thank you to her for the help.
