Sprout Social has a myriad of extra features available within each plan. They offer a Smart Inbox feature that allows all social media messages and notifications to all go to one place. They also offer brand keyword monitoring, Zendesk, UserVoice, and Salesforce integrations, customizable contact records, full Twitter conversation histories, team calendar of scheduled content, ViralPost abilities, ability to short links, ability to attach photos to all posts, unlimited presentation-ready reports that can be exported to CSV and PDF formats, message level audit trails, live activity updates, and more.

Sprout Social offers a fairly well-rated mobile app for both Android and iOS. Their Android app was rated 4 out of 5 stars while iOS was 4.5 out of 5 stars.
Their biggest downfall is how expensive they are. Their prices are quite a bit higher than most of their competitors'. They also do not provide a free option for individuals; they only cater to companies and agencies.
Unlike some of their competitors, they do not offer the option to connect to Instagram, YouTube, Foursquare, Flickr, Tumblr, and a few others social media platforms.
Although it is a positive that Sprout Social offers a mobile app for both Android and iOS, there are very few reviews and ratings for both.
