Oddly enough, they provide a free app to Hootsuite users called NexaMe. It is free and it allows consumers who are avid Twitter users to have a more controlled system. With NexaMe, users can see their connections in their community on an intuitive interest map, identify the most influential users in their community, receive follower recommendations based on their current interests and activities, and have a snapshot view of top concepts, links and hashtags. With all of this, NexaMe users can easily make sense of all of the tweets on their timeline. Once again, it a free app and it's only for Hootsuite subscribers.
Nexalogy provides its subscribers with a service team made up of skilled "super-users" that are able to conduct market research studies, crisis monitoring, and competitive analysis. They will analyze and measure unique aspects of each of their client's social programs by findings from Nexalogy's platform as well as third-party tools.
They have a powerful API. Developers can easily create dashboards or they have a team that can build API products for you.
Nexalogy is currently partners with Environics Research Group. This is a benefit to users because they are now able to provide a social media intelligence package for both English and French speakers.
Users can export clean data into professional reports and/or into any data format of their preference. They have a large variety of reports that can be downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet or PowerPoint presentation. Users have the ability to annotate data with any of these report formats. Nexalogy's reports allow their users to present trends and compare concepts and KPIs over set periods of time.
They have done work for Ford Canada, C2 Montreal, Cossette, ARTV, Petro-Canada, the Start-Up Festival, and more.

- No mobile app
Their prices are high for what they provide, compared to their competitors. Their cheapest service is their $40 service per month that only handles Twitter with one account/user. Their next cheapest service is $500 and this only covers one user account for Twitter, Facebook, and Tumblr.
If you don't want to customize a plan, the most accounts and pages you can link up to your account is three. This is a substantially smaller option compared to what most of their competitors provide.
Unlike some of their competitors, they do not offer the option to connect to Instagram, Foursquare, Flickr, Google Plus, LinkedIn, and a few others social media platforms.
If consumers are shopping around on their site and have questions, they only have the option to call in or send a request for a demo. They do not have a live chat option and there is very little information about their customer support.
They do not provide image editing and real time management.
They do not provide consumers with an iOS or Android mobile app option.
The Bottom Line
Nexalogy's prices are too high for what they provide compared to their competitors. The little information we were able to read through revealed that they also do not have very many additional features. Requesting a demo is the best way to figure out if their services are for you, but may not be worth your time. We suggest looking at our top recommended social media tool companies to find a better option.
