They support most of the major social media platforms, like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google Plus, and Foursquare. They are also partners with Facebook, Foursquare, Instagram, Google and Bing.
They have an impressive list of past and current clientele. Some of their clientele include Disney, The Home Depot, Applebee's, Quiznos, and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
They have a large amount of employees in the company. On LinkedIn, they claim up to 200 employees, we were able to find close to 70 of those employees. On their actual company website, they claim over 50 employees. This high amount of employees shows that they have the ability to scale. Most of their competitors are smaller companies.
They provide both a telephone number and two different email addresses for assurance that consumers can reach customer service if they ever have any questions. Unfortunately, they do not have a live chat option at this time.
On their website, they provide case studies from a lot of their clients - both big and small. Some of the case studies include Jamba Juice, The Spaghetti Factory, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, The Home Depot, and JC Penney. Each of these case studies displays the issue the company was having, MomentFeed's solution, and their results. Fortunately, most of these results are impressive. These case studies are organized into different categories: National Restaurant Chain, Franchise, Quick Service Restaurant, Fortunte 500 Retailer, and National Retail Chain. This way, consumers can download and read the case study that would best compare to their situation and what they are looking for.
- Price transparency
- No printable analytics or reports
- No mobile app
They do not display their prices online. Each of their prices will vary from individual to individual and case to case. The fact that they don't display prices, have set prices, or even display a range of prices shows a lack of transparency.
They do not provide consumers with any printable analytics or reporting tools. They also do not provide image storage or editing, real time management, or brand monitoring. They only allow one page/account per MomentFeed profile. You cannot link up more than one account.
MomentFeed does not have a mobile app for either iOS or Android at this time.
The Bottom Line
MomentFeed has a lot of great features within their services and impressive clientele (attached with success stories). If you and your company are looking for a way to use social media as a way to locally market your product and/or company, MomentFeed may definitely be worth checking out. They offer free demos for interested consumers. However, since we do not know a set price of what their services will cost, it is hard for us to compare them to their competitors. For that reason, we cannot recommend them at this time.
